With an interest in the exploration of the body as both a container of the intimate sphere and a social and political architecture while emphasizing its appropriation processes and the incorporation and transmission of intangible knowledge, as well as its leverage as an element of subversion and resistance.
She holds a BA in Fine Arts and a MA of Performing Arts by the University of Vigo, she also holds a BA in Performing Arts by the ESAD of Galicia. She received her training in acting and creative performance with: Alicia Framis, José Luis Raymond, Ana Vallés, Dora García, Nieves Correa, Abel Loureda, Idoia Zabaleta, Paula Pin, José Piris, Nikolai Karpov, Berg Wagenaar, Wlodzimierz Staniewski, Agustí Vila, Iñaki Moreno and more members of the companies Temple Theatre and Siti Company. She has also studied body techniques and dance in depth with Juan Carlos Zahera, Ana Serna, Dominick Boruki, Maria Shmaevich, Jordi Cortés, Arnold Tarraborelli, Daniel Abreu, Javier Martín, Núria Inglada and María Costas.
She has created solo pieces and also collaborated with artists such as: Miguel Vidal, Fran Martínez, Chiu Longina, Berio Molina, Quimera Rosa, Alba Blanco, Ana Gesto, Carlos Tejo, Adriana Pazos Ottón, Begoña Cuquejo, Juanma LoDo, asformigas, Christian García Bello, Silvia Penas, Cecilia Perea, Andrea Mosquera, Maria Chiginskaya and Matías Daporta.
She is co-founder of the collectives: áIntemperie, Blanco&Roja and Ohn, projects located in the field of action art. She is a member of the Límites and Bemtevi collectives, which are involved in multidisciplinary experimental creative performance.
She has participated in multiple exhibitions and festivals in galleries, museums, theaters and other alternative cultural spaces in Galicia, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Taiwan, Uruguay, Colombia, Chile, Brazil, Honduras, Mexico, Ecuador, Santo Domingo, Argentina, Cuba, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Iran, the Netherlands, Peru, the United Kingdom, the United States, India and Canada.
She currently combines her research work as a PhD candidate in Artistic Creation and Research in Contemporary Art at University of Vigo with cultural mediation (projects) in museum spaces, teaching and creative work in the fields of visual and performing arts.
